We are a small, family-oriented parental cooperative with 16 children. Founded in 1992, we are located on the outskirts of Junsele. Our preschool features a large yard with close proximity to the forest, and outdoor play is a high priority for us. We are currently looking for a childcare worker (barnskötare) at 75%.

Who We Are Looking For

  • You have a relevant childcare qualification.
  • You have good collaboration skills and a solution-oriented approach towards children, colleagues, and guardians.

Your Responsibilities

As a childcare worker, you will work together with preschool teachers and other colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate the pedagogical work at Smultronstället. You are well-versed in the preschool curriculum and contribute to realizing its goals and intentions in daily practice. Your task is to create the best possible conditions for children, parents, and colleagues to thrive and feel secure.

About You

We would appreciate if you have previous experience working in a preschool setting. However, during the selection process, we place significant weight on personal qualities and your interest in the role. We are looking for someone who is responsible, has good pedagogical insight, and possesses a creative flair for bringing ideas and new ways to develop the activity together with colleagues.

Employment Terms

This is a fixed-term position at 75%. The employment is limited from August 10 to December 31, with a possible extension. Interviews will be held on a rolling basis. Salary is according to agreement. We are members of Fremia.
